Returns
Returns are eligible only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product was delivered in a damaged condition.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment to initiate the return process.

Refunds
We offer either a replacement or a full refund for eligible returns.
Replacements and refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned product.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Standard Orders
Cancellation requests for standard orders will be accepted only if made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations for Pre-Orders
Cancellation requests for pre-orders will be accepted only if made within 48 hours of placing the order.

Requests made beyond these timeframes will not be eligible for cancellation.
