At By Nisa, we currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹699: Flat shipping fee of ₹60
- Orders of ₹699 or more: Free standard shipping
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Processing
Many of our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology and are made to order. Other products may be sourced from trusted manufacturing partners. Depending on the product and production requirements, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

- Estimated Delivery: 4–6 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping (where available)
- Dispatch: Within 2 business days
- Estimated Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email, allowing you to track your shipment throughout its journey.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders on time, By Nisa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, adverse weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
